Cassondra Cesar

Cassondra Cesar has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Cassondra began their career as a Director/Assistant Control Room Manager at TV-10, where they also served as a photographer and graphic designer. In 2016, they gained experience as a Promotions/Production Intern at Great Plains Media Bloomington, IL and as a Video Production Intern at Caterpillar Inc.

Following their internships, Cassondra joined B & B Amusement of Illinois, LLC, first as a Brand Marketing Ambassador from 2017 to 2019 and later as a Marketing Coordinator from 2019 to 2021. In 2021, they transitioned to Business Builders Marketing as an Account Manager.

Cassondra's most recent position is as a Marketing Manager at Lexicon, where they started in 2022.

Cassondra Cesar began their education at the College of Lake County, where they pursued an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Dance from 2008 to 2011. Cassondra then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mass Media: Television Production from Illinois State University, completing their studies between 2012 and 2016. Most recently, Cassondra obtained a Master's degree in Strategic Brand Communications from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, during the period of 2020 to 2021.
