Sarah Ruttan-Bates

Ms. Ruttan-Bates’ 16 years’ experience in the legal industry and eight-year tenure with Lexicon have seen her ascend to the top leadership position of Lexicon’s legal operations & training team.

Her operation skills and on-the-ground experience in everything from drafting and filing to legal research and billing serve as the foundation for managing a supervisory team that oversees more than 78 legal staff team members across the United States and the United Kingdom. Her passion for educating and developing legal staff and tangible management experience extends to developing all training programs for several of Lexicon’s company-wide initiatives as well as multiple service offerings for Lexicon’s customers. Ms. Ruttan-Bates consistently serves in project management roles for high-priority company endeavors such as serving as a subject matter expert on Lexicon’s legal case management software.
