Elizabeth Atwood Rn

Elizabeth Atwood has a diverse work experience in the healthcare field. Starting in 2008, they worked at Lexington Regional Health Center as a Patient Care Coordinator and Director of Transitional Care, where they created and managed a care coordination program aimed at reducing readmissions and improving patient outcomes.
