Director Of Media Customer Success at Lexipol

Joann Wildman has extensive work experience in the media and advertising industry. Joann started their career as a Sales Representative at Capital Gazette Communications in 2007. Joann then worked as an Administrative Assistant and later as an Account Executive at the same company until 2014. During this time, they gained experience in account management, advertising, and coordinating special publications.

In 2014, Joann joined Fort Worth Star-Telegram as an Account Executive and was later promoted to Client Success Manager, handling strategic accounts and maintaining digital campaigns. Joann received recognition as the "2016 CSM of the Year" for their outstanding performance in this role.

In 2017, Joann joined Lexipol as a Media Customer Success Manager, where they managed strategic level accounts and successfully launched and implemented a new advertising platform. Joann was later promoted to Team Lead of Media Customer Success, where they mentored and coached a team of 7 people and developed new processes for tech migration.

Most recently, Joann is working as the Director of Media Customer Success at Lexipol. In this role, they manage a customer success team and is responsible for managing over 300 campaigns. Joann has also launched a new CRM and inventory management system and implemented communication plans for new tech stack improvements.

Throughout their career, Joann has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and expertise in customer success and advertising.

Joann Wildman earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business and Music from Lebanon Valley College, completing their education from 2003 to 2007. Joann has also obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including "Grit: How Teams Persevere to Accomplish Great Goals" in 2022, "Tips for Writing Business Emails" in 2022, "Overcome Overthinking" in 2021, "Telling Stories with Data" in 2021, "Impromptu Speaking" in 2021, "How to Make Strategic Thinking a Habit" in 2020, and "Social Selling Foundations: Using Content to Drive Engagement" in 2020.
