John Holley

John Holley has extensive experience in quality assurance (QA) and operations, particularly in roles involving QA process definition and management. John has worked as a Director of QA & Enterprise Operations at Lexipol since 2020, where they are responsible for building and managing the QA and DevOps organizations. John also oversees the QA processes across all projects and ensures the correct balance between manual and automation. Prior to that, John worked as a VP Software QA and Testing at Bank of America in 2019 and as a QA and Release Manager at Kalkomey Enterprises, LLC from 2017 to 2019. John also has experience as a Transformation QA Lead at Deloitte in 2017 and as a Snr IT Manager - TCoE at CBRE from 2015 to 2017. Earlier in their career, John held roles such as Head of IT Systems Delivery and Head of QA at Regus from 2012 to 2015 and Agile Test Team Leader at AXA Personal Lines (Swiftcover.com) from 2010 to 2012. John also worked as a Contract Lead Test Analyst at Cardif Pinnacle in 2010 and as a Senior Test Analyst/BA at LeasePlan in 2010. John started their career at Reed Business Information as a Test Lead/Scrum Master/BA from 2009 to 2010.

John Holley attended Teesside University from 1997 to 1998, where they studied Computer Science. John also holds an ISEB Foundation Certificate from THE BRITISH COMPUTER SOCIETY.
