Kathryn Vines

As Vice President of Human Resources for Lexipol, Kathryn Vines is responsible for recruitment, compensation and benefits, development, employee relations, and culture and engagement, as well as facilities.

Kathryn has more than two decades of human resources experience in the financial services industry, serving as chief people officer for Freedom Truck Finance, senior director of Human Resources at Texans Credit Union, and vice president of Human Resources at Drive Financial Services (now Santander). Her passion is developing programs to best serve her teammates and creating a community for excellence in the workplace.

Kathryn holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Sociology from Southern Methodist University as well as the SHRM-CP and PHR certifications. She enjoys traveling with her family and is an active networker for HR and other professionals in the metroplex.
