Rachel Frost

Rachel Frost is a seasoned professional in instructional design and training, currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at Lexipol since March 2022. Prior to this role, Rachel held the position of President and Instructional Development Manager at JPMA Staff Development Solutions from September 2012 to May 2022, where responsibilities included business management and online class development. Rachel has also worked as an Instructor at Kaplan University and E-learning Developer at the University of Southern Maine, alongside earlier roles as a Trainer at I-many, Inc. and Branch Manager at KeyBank. Rachel holds an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and a BS in Marketing from Thomas College.
