Júlia Tar

Júlia Tar is a seasoned journalist with expertise in data privacy and technology reporting. Currently serving as a Data Privacy and Security Reporter at MLex since October 2024, Júlia previously worked as a Technology Reporter at Euractiv from March 2023 to October 2024, where early work was supported by the Lénaïc Fund for Quality Journalism. Júlia gained experience as a Journalist at Hungary Today from September 2021 to September 2022 and completed an internship at the same organization in early 2019. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Journalism from the University of Groningen (2020-2022) and a Bachelor of Arts in English and American Studies from Eötvös Loránd University (2017-2020).
