Ryan Cropp

Ryan Cropp is a dedicated journalist and academic with extensive experience in writing and teaching. Currently serving as a Reporter at MLex Market Insight since June 2023, Ryan previously held roles as a Sessional Teacher at the University of Sydney from March 2017 to June 2023, where responsibilities included lecturing, tutoring, and coordinating units. Ryan also contributed as a writer for Inside Story Magazine from August 2018 to June 2023. Holding a Doctor of Philosophy in History from the University of Sydney, earned in March 2021, and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from the same institution, completed in November 2016, Ryan's academic research focused on an intellectual biography of Donald Horne.
