Fridah Muchina

Fridah Muchina is an accomplished HR professional with over 20 years of experience, currently serving as the Global Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Nestlé since November 2010. Fridah has held several key positions within Nestlé, including Human Resources Director for the Central and West Africa Region and regional roles in talent management and organizational development across Africa, the Middle East, and Turkey. Prior experience includes roles at Safaricom PLC, where Fridah focused on talent acquisition and management, and at Data Center Limited as Training and Development Manager. Fridah's educational background includes an Executive MBA from Strathmore University and a Post Graduate degree in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Human Resource Management, along with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Nairobi.
