Max Richardson

Max Richardson is an experienced UX design professional with a strong background in leading design initiatives and innovation at LexisNexis since April 2016 as the Director of UX Design & Research. Max spearheaded product teams focused on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLM) and facilitated training, workshops, and Hackathons. Previously, as the Lead UX Designer at LexisNexis, Max enhanced user experiences for diverse groups such as professional researchers and risk managers. Before that, Max served as the Lead UX Designer at Totaljobs Group, where recruitment and development of a six-member team were achieved, and designed comprehensive user experiences within Agile teams. Early career experience includes roles as a UX Designer at Grand Union London and The Team Brand Communications Limited, as well as a Junior UX Designer at Lebara Mobile. Max holds a Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Photography, and Design from the University of South Wales.
