Melissa Williams, Ed.S, is an accomplished professional in customer success and education with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at LexisNexis since May 2025, Melissa previously held roles as a Customer Success Manager at RecastSuccess and Client Relations Manager at Cision. A member of RevGenius, Melissa's career also includes a significant tenure at DE SOTO PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT 73, where innovative contributions to curriculum design and educational technology led to notable improvements in student engagement and program success.
