Niharika Rao

Niharika Rao currently holds the position of Senior Product Manager at LexisNexis, where responsibilities include building AI-driven workplace productivity tools and leading the Microsoft Office platform. Niharika is also a co-founder of Tavaga, India's first ETF goals-based roboadvisor, and has played a pivotal role in conceptualizing and establishing the platform while fostering key industry relationships. Previous experience includes serving as COO at upGrad, Associate Director and Chief of Staff EMEA, and a Summer Associate at Citi specializing in product management. Niharika's early career involved roles at Trilegal and as a law clerk at the Bombay High Court. Niharika holds an MBA from London Business School and a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from National Law School of India University.
