William is certified by the Harvard Business School in Enterprising Leaders Program, the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals in Certified Information Privacy Professional, the State of Connecticut Department of Public Health in Emergency Medical Technician, and the Electronic Commerce Code Management Association in ISO 8000 Master Data Quality Manager.
