Laura Miller MS, SPHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Lexitas since April 2018, Laura previously held the same title at Allied-Horizontal Wireline Services and served as Director of Human Resources for Sitex Environmental Inc. and Trussway. Laura’s expertise encompasses strategic HR program development, cost reduction, and talent acquisition, contributing to significant organizational growth and retention improvements. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Management from Middle Tennessee State University and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Troy State University.
