Marty Gage is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in user experience research. Currently serving as Vice President of User Experience Research at Lextant since June 2006, Marty has played a crucial role in transforming major brands such as Crest 3D White and RAM, leading to significant sales growth. Previously, Marty owned Rocket Surgery: Design Research, Creative Fuel, where design and user experience integration was emphasized for global projects with prominent clients like P&G. As Principal of Design Research at Sonic Rim, Marty co-led a pioneering user research consultancy, while at Fitch, as Associate Vice President, Marty greatly enhanced research capabilities through user-centered design methodologies for Fortune 500 brands. Early career experience includes serving as Station Manager at KHDX College Radio, where relationships with record labels and budget management were key achievements. Marty holds an M.S. in Human Factors Psychology from Wright State University and a B.A. in Psychology from Hendrix College.
