Ryan Hillier

Ryan Hillier is a prominent legal professional and entrepreneur, currently serving as Founder and CEO of Leya since September 2023 and as a Lawyer and Strategic Advisor at Delegatus from January 2024. Hillier co-founded and led Novalex as CEO from September 2016 until its acquisition by Delegatus in January 2024. Previous leadership roles include Director at Les Petits Frères and the Jeune Chambre de commerce de Montréal, as well as a legal career as a Lawyer in litigation at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP and McCarthy Tetrault. Hillier holds multiple degrees in law and business, including an Executive MSc in Social Business and Entrepreneurship from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Laws from Université de Montréal.
