Francisco Deslandes Heitor has extensive experience in various roles, starting in 1999 as a Product Manager at Vodafone, where they were responsible for pricing and product management. Francisco then worked at ONI as a Product Manager, managing the development of products and services for the SME business unit. At Media Capital, they served as Operations Director, overseeing outdoor advertising systems and leading digital transformation projects. Later, at Leya, they held multiple positions including Director of Education in Brazil, where they successfully positioned the Leya brand as a digital educational publisher. Francisco also served as Sales & Marketing Director and Head of Digital in Portugal, leading integration efforts, creating marketing intelligence units, and implementing CRM systems. Their most recent role was Director of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service at Grupo Leya.

Francisco Deslandes Heitor attended the Harvard Business School Executive Education from 2012 to 2013, where they took part in the Program for Leadership Development. Prior to this, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Business Administration and Management, General at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, from 1993 to 1998.
