Israel Schleifer

Israel Schleifer is an experienced engineer with a diverse background in technical support, materials engineering, and process design. Currently serving as a Proposal and Project Engineer at Leybold since June 2023, Israel previously held the position of Applications Sales Engineer at Valex from September 2020 to March 2023, where interaction with multiple departments and customers was crucial. Prior experience includes serving as a Materials Engineer at the Naval Air Systems Command from January 2018 to December 2019, focusing on corrosion and wear, and working as a Process Engineer Intern at The Dennis Group in the food industry. An early career role as an ACCESS Tutor at Moorpark College involved assisting students with mathematical concepts.
