Mark Croll

Mark Croll is an accomplished attorney specializing in intellectual property law, currently serving as Counsel at Leydig, Voit & Mayer, Ltd. since July 2017, and as a Board Member at Concordia Place since 2014. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Advisor at Delegate from June 2015 to December 2019, where Mark contributed to the merger with iPan and IPFolio, enhancing services for IP clients. Mark held the position of Vice President of Intellectual Property at ITW from January 1994 to March 2015, overseeing all IP activities for the Fortune 200 company, including patent management and enforcement. Previous roles also include Counsel for Intellectual Property at Outboard Marine Corporation and Associate at Alexander, Unikel, Bloom, Zalewa and Tennenbaum. Mark Croll earned a J.D. in Intellectual Property Law from DePaul University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University.
