Erica Reidy

Director of Investments at Leyline Renewable Capital

Erica Reidy is the current Director of Investments at Leyline Renewable Capital. Erica has previous experience working in the renewable energy industry, specifically with Silverpeak and Nautilus Solar Energy. In their role at Silverpeak, they created the firm's first ESG policy and led two RFP responses with developer partners for 50 MW wind energy offtake. Erica also developed content for energy storage and distributed generation solar chapters for a renewable energy textbook.

At Nautilus Solar Energy, Reidy was responsible for asset valuation for potential investments of solar projects ranging from 500 kW to 30 MW across 10 state markets. Erica also led the due diligence process and deal team coordination for project acquisitions totaling 34+ MW and $80M in investment. In addition, they drove the successful go-to-market strategy for MN and MA community solar markets via market research and early deal execution of 20 MW. Finally, they standardized internal operations through the development of screening and tracking tools and presentation templates.

Erica Reidy has a Masters of Business Administration from the MIT Sloan School of Management with a focus in Energy and Sustainability. Erica also has a Bachelor of Arts from Bowdoin College in Biology and Environmental Studies. Lastly, they have studied Tropical Rainforest Studies at The School for Field Studies.
