Kiah Glenn

JEDI Manager at Leyline Renewable Capital

Kiah Glenn is the JEDI Manager at Leyline Renewable Capital. Kiah previously worked as the Assistant Director at Elon University from July 2018 to July 2022. In this role, they were responsible for preparing students with transferable workforce skills by directing a team of 12 students to engage in leadership regarding marketing, branding and publicity of the Center for Race, Ethnicity, and Diversity Education (CREDE) programs and initiatives.

Glenn is a leader of social change who prioritizes collaboration with upper level leadership to coordinate regular diversity & inclusion needs assessments and justice analysis initiatives to inform departmental planning and learning outcomes. Kiah is also a consultant to campus partners, community partners, and student organizations on the topics of race, ethnicity, and diversity.

Kiah Glenn has a Master's degree in Islamic Studies and Women from Duke University. Kiah also has a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in International Relations and Affairs from Seton Hall University.
