Ryan Hemmings

Ryan Hemmings is currently the Lead Academy Sports Scientist at Leyton Orient Football Club, where Ryan also holds additional roles as a Casual Academy Strength and Conditioning Coach, Emerging Talent Centre Strength and Conditioning Coach, and Women's Strength and Conditioning Coach. Prior to this, Ryan worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at MATCHFIT STRENGTH & CONDITIONING LTD and Basketball England. Ryan began their career as a Sports Science Intern at Leyton Orient Football Club. Ryan is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Strength and Conditioning at Middlesex University, having already obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sports and Exercise Science from Writtle University College.
