Larissa Barrie

Larissa Barrie is an experienced safeguarding and social work professional with a robust background in various roles within the sector. Currently serving as a Safeguarding and Guidance Officer at Leyton Sixth Form College since August 2020, Larissa previously held positions such as Safeguarding Officer at Place2Be and Deputy Safeguarding Lead at Purfleet Primary Academy, where responsibilities included delivering training and providing casework support. Larissa has also contributed as an Independent ASYE Assessor for Hertfordshire County Council, assessing Newly Qualified Social Workers, and as an Independent Social Work Consultant.
