Simon Ghisellini

Simon Ghisellini currently serves as the Head of Applications & Strategic Projects in Life Sciences at LFB, a position held since May 2025, where responsibilities include leading digital transformation and optimizing processes within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Prior to this, Simon worked at Fareva as the Information Technology Service Delivery Manager Corporate from June 2022 to April 2025, focusing on harmonizing projects with group priorities and ensuring compliance across projects. Simon's extensive experience also includes strategic ERP management at Delpharm, a role that lasted from September 2017 to May 2022, overseeing ERP transitions and serving as a key liaison between the group and external providers. Simon has held various positions related to IT and project management at companies such as Thales, Sogefi Group, KSB, and VARTA Autobatterie GmbH. Simon holds a degree from Università degli Studi di Verona, earned between 1995 and 1998.
