Linda Deciccio

Linda DeCiccio has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Linda currently holds the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at LFB USA since March 2020. Prior to this, Linda worked as the Associate Director of Human Resources at Farcast Biosciences from March 2019 to March 2020. From 2018 to 2019, Linda ran their own consulting firm, Linda M. DeCiccio Consulting, where they provided HR consulting services to clients across various industries and also coached job seekers on various skills. Linda also has experience as the Director of Human Resources at Bruker from 2006 to 2017, where they managed all aspects of HR for three US subsidiaries. Before that, they worked at IBM as the Director of Human Resources - Bowstreet/HR Business Partner, where they managed HR and office administration. Linda's earlier experience includes working as the Director of Human Resources at Bitstream and as the Manager of Human Resources at ProAct Technologies.

Linda DeCiccio holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Merrimack College. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate in HR Management from Bentley University.
