Gianni Stati

Gianni Stati has extensive work experience in the semiconductor industry. Gianni started their career at Texas Instruments in 1995 as an Operator. In 1999, they joined Micron Technology as an Area Trainer, responsible for training and certification of operators in the production area. Gianni then progressed to the role of Manufacturing Supervisor for Clean Room Operation, overseeing a team of up to 35 employees and ensuring operational efficiency. From 2006 to 2011, they served as a Manufacturing Shift Manager at Micron Technology.

In 2011, Gianni joined LFoundry as an Operations Project Manager, where they managed all project resources to ensure timely completion and alignment with quality goals. Gianni subsequently took on roles as a Cost Project Coordinator and an Equipment Project Coordinator-Senor. In these positions, they coordinated and expedited equipment projects, supported project planning and close-out activities, and set appropriate KPIs to track fab maintenance process performance.

Throughout their career, Gianni Stati has demonstrated expertise in project management, resource allocation, training, and operational efficiency in the semiconductor industry.

Gianni Stati pursued their education from 1989 to 1993 at ITIS "E.Majorana" where they obtained a degree in Perito Elettronico. Apart from their formal education, Gianni has also acquired several certifications. In April 2021, they completed the Project Management Foundations certification from LinkedIn, and in the same month, they also obtained the Six Sigma: Green Belt certification, again from LinkedIn. Recently, in February 2023, Gianni obtained the Project Management certification from Skilla.
