Lucio Secondini has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Lucio began their career as a Computer Science Teacher at I.T.I.S., a public high school, in 1986. From there, they transitioned to a Hardware Designer role at MISTEL S.p.A., a telecommunication company, where they worked until 1989.
Afterward, Lucio joined Texas Instruments in 1989, initially as an Equipment Engineer before becoming an Equipment Engineer - Diffusion and eventually an Equipment Engineer & Supervisor. Lucio was responsible for maintenance and specification definition for new equipment. In 1997, they became the Quality & Process Reliability Control Group Supervisor, overseeing wafer fab Process Control and the wafer fab Environmental Control function.
In 1999, Lucio moved on to Micron Technology where they held various roles. Lucio started as a Quality & Reliability Assurance (QRA) Engineer, managing product qualifications and reliability assessments. Lucio then became a Product Quality Engineer, followed by an Engineering Technical Trainer, and later the Quality Steering Site Committee Coordinator and Engineering Technical Trainer. In their final role at Micron Technology, they served as a Process Integration Engineer, responsible for introducing new products and managing back-end-of-line processes.
In 2013, Lucio joined LFoundry as a Process Integration Senior Engineer, where they continued to oversee new product introductions and process integration. Lucio also held roles as a Business Development Staff Engineer and a Marketing Staff Engineer.
Most recently, Lucio Secondini joined SPARC GmbH Europe in 2020 as a Customer Staff Engineer.
Lucio Secondini pursued their higher education from 1979 to 1987 at the Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II. During this period, they obtained a Laurea Specialistica - Dipl. Eng. degree in Ingegneria Elettronica, specializing in Electronic Engineering.
