Gene White is an accomplished Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Environment, Health and Safety Manager at LG Chem since July 2023, Gene oversees EHS, uniform, and security functions for two companies and manages permit acquisition and maintenance for PTIO, Storm Water, Tier 2, and Waste Water. Previously held positions include Environmental Health Safety Engineer at LTA Research and Manager of EHS&S at NMG Aerospace, where Gene contributed to the establishment of a new company specializing in Painting, Anodizing, and Shot Peening, while overseeing eight plants. Other roles include EHS Coordinator positions at CPI and The Steelastic Company, as well as Senior Manufacturing Engineer/EHS Coordinator at Imperial Electric. Gene holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Health and Safety from Columbia Southern University and an Associate of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, along with OSHA 30 Hour certification.
