Juan Santiago Dolan

Juan Santiago Dolan is an experienced digital product manager with a strong background in ecommerce and marketing. Currently serving as Principal Digital Product Manager at LG Household & Health Care, Ltd., since August 2019, Juan plays a key role in defining and executing the Product Roadmap for North America's Direct Selling and Direct to Consumer platforms. Previously, as Senior Digital Product Manager at The Avon Company from January 2014 to July 2019, Juan drove critical initiatives to enhance B2C and B2B platforms. Juan's tenure at Avon also included significant leadership roles, such as Global Senior Marketing & Master Data Leader, where Juan contributed to a major $350M service model transformation project, and other positions focused on marketing systems and product development. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance and certifications in Scrum methodology.
