Hyungbai Byun

Hyungbai Byun serves as the CAE Team Leader in the Product Development Division at LG Magna e-Powertrain, specializing in mechanical CAE work related to e-Powertrain engineering, including CFD, Structure, NVH, GD&T, PCB reliability, and Plastic Molding since July 2021. Prior to this role, Hyungbai Byun has been a CAE Team Leader at LG Electronics since July 2013, focusing on mechanical CAE for Motor and Power Electronics product development. Additional experience includes a managerial position at V-ENS and a managerial role at General Motors as a CAE engineer and Simulation Integration Lead Architect. Hyungbai Byun holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Korea University and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology.
