Phuong-Vy Ta is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Business Partner in People & Culture at LG2, the largest independent creative agency in Canada, and as an HR Manager at Dime mtl, a prominent streetwear brand. Phuong-Vy also holds roles as a Consultant in HR Management & Operations and Head of Operations & Culture at Eltoro Studio, a creative and digital agency. Previous experience includes serving as Talent & Culture Development Manager at HOX académie, Human Resources Director at Vortex Solution, and other positions in human resources at My Virtual Model, Adecco, Collège LaSalle, and Rogers Communications. Educationally, Phuong-Vy earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal.
