Heather Jordan

Heather Jordan has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Heather is currently the Head of Global Account Management at LGC ASSURE, where they are responsible for developing and retaining the company's largest global customers. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Strategic Accounts at the same company. In this position, they were in charge of managing customer relationships and played a key role in the development and retention of major clients.

Heather also has experience as the Owner of Delight of Life Farm, where they managed the operations of the farm. Additionally, they worked as the Director of Service Development & Key Accounts at LGC Standards, where they focused on developing services and managing key accounts.

Before joining LGC, Heather held positions at American Proficiency Institute and Priority Solutions International/Thermo Fisher Scientific. At the American Proficiency Institute, they served as the Director of Food Operations and later as the Quality and Compliance Manager. Heather was responsible for the success and growth of the institute's global food proficiency testing business.

At Priority Solutions International/Thermo Fisher Scientific, Heather held the role of VP/Director of Quality Assurance. Heather played a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of the company's operations.

Heather began their career at Distribution Solutions International/Priority Solutions International, where they held various roles including VP Client Relations, Director of Client Services, and Account Executive. In these roles, they focused on client relationship management, project management, and ensuring the successful delivery of services.

Prior to their career in the private sector, Heather worked as a Regional Director at the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association.

Throughout their career, Heather has demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully managed key accounts, and achieved significant growth in business.

Heather Jordan completed a BPhil degree in Psychology from Northwestern University, which they attended from 1994 to 1998. Before that, they attended the University of Michigan from 1991 to 1993, although the degree and field of study are unspecified. In 2021, they obtained a certification called "Women's Leadership Program: From Opportunity to Action" from Badgr (now part of Instructure).
