Will Blea

Will Blea has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Will is currently Director of Inside Sales at LGCY Power since September 2022. Prior to this, they were Director of Inside Sales at Alta from April 2021 to August 2022, where they focused on building new revenue streams through improvements to the outside sales structure and development of an inside sales organization.

From January 2020 to March 2021, they worked at Blue Raven Solar as the Director of Sales Development/Inside Sales, overseeing all facets of sales development, inside sales, and referral generation departments. Will played a crucial role in driving the success of their departments and achieving revenue targets.

Before that, they served as the Manager of Sales Development at Blue Raven Solar from August 2017 to January 2020. In this role, they built profitable partnerships with lead gen partners, managed lead volume and performance, and was responsible for the overall sales goals and operations of the inside sales development department.

Will also has experience as an Account Manager at the American Red Cross from September 2016 to August 2017, where they focused on sponsor recruitment and the coordination of blood drives.

Earlier in their career, they worked as a Sales Development Manager at Weave HQ in 2015, a Jr. Accountant at Golfland Entertainment Centers, Inc. in 2014, an Account Executive at Life Time - The Healthy Way of Life Company in 2013, and as the Co-founder/Sales Manager at EcoWeb pest control from July 2012 to October 2013.

Will Blea earned a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship from Utah Valley University from 2012 to 2017. Their field of study focused on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a CP3 Microsoft Office certification in April 2009 and an Inbound Marketing Certification from HubSpot Academy in April 2020.
