Virginie Bronsard is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at LGI Healthcare Solutions since September 2021. Prior to this role, she held positions such as Vice President Culture and Talent at Cascades from 2019 to 2021, Vice President Human Resources at CN from 2014 to 2019, HR Lead at Yellow Pages / Pages Jaunes – Canada from March 2013 to October 2014, Director, Culture and Engagement at Canadian Cancer Society from 2011 to 2013, Vice President, Culture and Engagement, along with Director, Human Resources at Sodexo from 2001 to 2009, and Director, Human Resources and Administration at Procrea BioSciences Inc. from 1997 to 2001. She earned a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from HEC Montréal in 2004 and a Bachelor in Labour Relations from Université de Montréal in 1996.
