Amy T. has a range of work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting roles. Amy started their career as a Recruiting Intern at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company in 2012. Amy then joined Aon Hewitt in 2013 as an Operational Excellence Specialist, participating in various projects related to HR business process outsourcing. In 2014, Amy moved to LGI Homes, initially working as a Recruiting Coordinator, where they coordinated recruiting activities and managed job descriptions and resumes. Amy then became a Recruiting Manager, supporting new hires and implementing an Applicant Tracking System. Amy eventually advanced to Director of Recruiting and later, Vice President of Talent Acquisition, where they focused on hiring top performers across various positions and locations.

Amy T. attended Texas A&M University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Marketing. In 2019, they obtained additional certifications including the Human Resources Management Certificate Program from Rice University - Susanne M. Glasscock School of Continuing Studies, as well as the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
