Sharmaine Wilson

Sharmaine Wilson is a multifaceted professional with a diverse background in recruitment, education, art management, and operations. Currently serving as an Electrical Construction Recruiter at Tiello, Sharmaine contributes to addressing talent shortages in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) industry. Previous experience includes roles as a Fire and Security Recruiter at Security Search and Consulting, Inc., and People Operations Manager at Ethereum Foundation, where Sharmaine enhanced organizational practices. As Co-President of the Parent Association at Discovery School, significant fundraising efforts were organized to support academic initiatives. Additionally, Sharmaine co-owns Social Art Haus while overseeing its educational programs and business development.
