Morgan Crawford

Morgan Crawford is an experienced professional in employee relations, currently serving as the Director of Employee Relations at LGI Homes since July 2016. Morgan has held various roles at LGI Homes, including Employee Relations Coordinator and Office Manager. Prior to this, Morgan worked at Healix, Inc. as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, where responsibilities included coordinating sales representatives' needs and supporting the pharmacy sales bid process. Morgan also gained experience as an Off-Premise Sales Representative at Glazer's Distributors, focusing on product introduction and market analysis.
