Tyler Pate

Tyler Pate is a dedicated professional with a focus on talent acquisition and campus relations, currently serving as Senior Recruiter & Director of Campus Relations at LGI Homes since September 2018. With experience as a Recruiting Coordinator and Senior Recruiter, Tyler specializes in identifying and connecting with top talent for one of the nation's fastest growing homebuilders. Previously, Tyler held the position of Regional Admissions Counselor at Lamar University from May 2016 to September 2018, and taught Spanish while coaching soccer at Summer Creek High School from August 2015 to May 2016. Academic achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. Tyler also has a background as a student athlete at both the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and the University of Texas of the Permian Basin.
