Alec Duchatellier has extensive work experience in the financial and real estate industries. Alec is currently serving as the Head of Securitized Research at Legal & General Investment Management America since May 2019. Prior to this, they worked at UBS Asset Management from 2006 to 2019, holding the position of Executive Director CRE Debt/CMBS. Before that, they were employed at Realpoint Institutional Advisors as AVP/CRE CMBS Analyst from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, Alec worked at GMAC Commercial Mortgage from 1998 to 2004, first as a CRE/CMBS Surveillance Analyst and later as a Property Inspector/Market Analyst.
Alec Duchatellier completed their Bachelor's Degree in Management/Finance from Elizabethtown College between 1994 and 1998. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from LaSalle University from 2005 to 2007.
