Cindy Brannan

Vice President, People & Culture at LGM Financial Services

Cindy Brannan has a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources. Cindy began their career in 2001 as a Financial Recruiter at Geri Ramsay & Associates, where they focused on building relationships with organizations and understanding their needs. In 2007, they joined Expert Recruiters as a Recruitment Manager in the Financial Division. From 2014 to 2018, Cindy worked at LGM Financial Services as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, responsible for attracting and selecting top candidates. Cindy then moved into a role as a Talent Advisor, providing strategic HR support and acting as a trusted advisor to the leadership team. Currently, Cindy holds the position of Vice President, People & Culture at LGM, where they develop and directs people and culture strategies for the organization, focusing on talent advisory, organizational development, employee relations, and total rewards systems.

Cindy Brannan earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology (Honours) from Brock University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Cindy further pursued their education and completed a Master's Degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix between 2001 and 2003.
