Joanna Shackleton

Joanna Shackleton is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR at LGT Wealth Management since November 2014, previously holding the position of HR Manager. Prior to this role, Joanna worked at Herbert Smith Freehills as a Senior HR Adviser from May 2013 to November 2014, and at Smith & Williamson as Assistant Manager - HR from June 2006 to February 2013, where generalist HR support was provided, including employee relations issues and performance management. Joanna's career in HR began at The Prince's Trust, where the role of HR Officer was held from March 2005 to June 2006. Joanna holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Rhodes University, completed between 1998 and 2001.
