Ruud Wilders

Ruud Wilders has a diverse work experience spanning three companies. Ruud is currently working at LGT Capital Partners since 2018, where they hold the role of COO & Co-head of Private Markets Operations. Prior to that, they worked at RobecoSAM / Robeco from 2007 to 2017, where they held various roles including COO, Head of Corporate Strategy & Business Development, Head of Sales Management, and Head of Marketing, Communication & Sales Management. Ruud also worked at Robeco from 2002 to 2007, holding the position of Head of Services and Sales Coordinator. Before entering the financial industry, they were a member of the management team at ESEC from 1992 to 2001.

Ruud Wilders completed a Master's degree in Financial Economics & Econometrics from Maastricht University, from 1988 to 1998.
