Daniel O'Connor is a Senior Scientist at Lhasa Limited since April 2021, previously holding the position of Senior Scientist 1 and Scientist at Sygnature Discovery from October 2019 to April 2021. Daniel gained early experience as an intern at UN Environment in late 2018 and as a Scientific Officer Intern at Affinity Water during the summer of 2015. A summer research placement took place at Newcastle University in July 2014. Daniel earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Organic Chemistry from the University of Nottingham between 2015 and 2019 and holds a Chemistry MChem Honours degree from Newcastle University, completed in 2015. Early education was completed at Lumen Christi College from 2003 to 2010.
