Candie Northey

Candie Northey, RN, MBA-HM, has over 16 years of management experience in healthcare, currently serving as the Executive Director of Strategic Partnerships at LHC Group since July 2019 and as a Clinical Case Manager at Comfort Care Hospice since May 2018. Previously, Candie held various leadership positions at LifePoint Hospitals, including Regional Patient Safety Officer/Director and Assistant Chief Nursing Officer, where responsibilities included improving patient safety and ensuring hospital compliance. At Andalusia Health, Candie managed the Critical Care Unit and directed infection prevention efforts, contributing to enhanced patient satisfaction and safety outcomes. Candie holds a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Troy University.
