Eilene Pancrazio

Eilene Pancrazio is an experienced IT Operations Manager currently overseeing 24x7 IT operations at LHC Group since February 2022, following a role as Digital Manager with Waste Management after its acquisition of Advanced Disposal Services. Eilene has held various leadership positions, including Senior Service Delivery Manager and IT Change Manager at Advanced Disposal Services, and Project Control Coordinator at Florida Health Care Plans, where responsibilities encompassed managing IT service delivery, project organization, and change management. Eilene's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Florida and multiple certificates from Cornell University in Performance Leadership and Systems Thinking, along with specialized training in project management and IT auditing. Currently, Eilene also serves as Secretary for the Gator Club of Historic St. Augustine.
