Andrew Graham

Andrew Graham is an experienced executive coach and advisor, currently serving as ICEO Advisor at LHH since July 2023. Previously, Andrew held the role of ICEO Senior Advisor & Executive Coach at Lee Hecht Harrison from 2017 to 2021, where responsibilities included advising C-suite executives on leadership transitions. Andrew's extensive background includes leadership positions such as President and CEO of The Forum Corporation, where oversight encompassed a global team and strategic restructuring during a company sale. Additionally, Andrew played pivotal roles in corporate governance as a board director at Blyth Inc. and held senior leadership positions at Kepner Tregoe, leading significant operations and branding initiatives. Early career experience includes a position at British Aerospace as a Production Supervisor involved in a government-sanctioned program to study Japanese manufacturing practices. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Production Engineering from Liverpool John Moores University.
