Barbara Kurka

Barbara Kurka, PCC, CPCC, is an experienced executive coach with a professional background spanning over two decades in human resources and coaching. As the Principal at Barbara Kurka Coaching since March 2008, Barbara specializes in coaching C-suite executives, senior leaders, and high-potential individuals to enhance their influence and productivity. In addition to this role, Barbara serves as an Executive Coach and Certified Facilitator at LHH and founded BFK Coaching in March 2010, focusing on performance improvement and personal transformation for managers and executives. Previous leadership positions include Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Katz Media Group, Global Human Resources Director at Accenture, and Vice President of Human Resources at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation. Barbara holds an M.S. in Industrial/Labor Relations from Baruch College/Cornell University and a B.A. in English from Hunter College.
