Danielle Granfar, M.Ed., ACC, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent and leadership development. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Global Solution Lead at Lee Hecht Harrison since August 2018, Danielle creates and delivers impactful talent solutions for global companies, collaborating with HR executives and senior leaders. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Digital Learning Solutions at Wiley, where Danielle advised Fortune 500 clients on digital learning strategies, and Principal Consultant at KRStrategy, focusing on strategy execution and cultural transformation. Additional experience includes contributions as a Human Capital Consultant at The Refinery Leadership Partners and as a Managing Director at Kaplan and Canada English Center. Danielle holds a Master’s degree in Workplace Learning and Change from the University of Toronto and Bachelor's degrees in Secondary Education and History & Latin American Studies from The University of British Columbia.
