Ece Kutlu

Ece Kutlu is a researcher at LHH, where the focus is on creating meaningful and productive work environments, utilizing over 50 years of experience and a global team of over 12,000 professionals. Previous roles include recruitment management trainee at COFORWARD and career transition & leadership development young expert at LHH. Ece also interned at Güzel Günler Klinik, analyzing psychological test scores and conducting research on clinical topics, and at Nuppu Space for Joy and Growth, where sensory games were developed to aid children's skill development. Ece holds an undergraduate degree in psychology from Koç University and a high school diploma from Özel Saint Benoît Fransız Lisesi.
